The machine is mainly suitable for cutting varieties of non-metal materials such as leather, rubber, plastic, luggage and baggage, plastics packing and PVC materials. Applicable industries: Vacuum forming machine, Luggage, Polyethylene foam, Plastic and Rubber, Car Industry, Large die cut and higher die cutter.
Feature:
1. Easy to operate, fast and exact.
2. Double oil cylinder and precise four-column automatic balance connecting rod structure, which can absolutely guarantee the same cutting depth of each cutting position.
3. One-Sided Automatic Feeding System, it feed fast and the production efficiency can improve 2 to 3 times.
4. The cutting die will cut slowly when the cutting board is down to touch the cutting knife. It is no size error between the first layer and last layer of the cutting material.
5. Special structure, match up with cutting knife and cutting height. It is easy and exact to adjust the stroke.
6. Auto lubrication system can guarantee the accuracy of machine, and improve the durability of machine.
