We are a high-tech enterprise integrating research and development, production and sales of air compressors. 三、我们螺杆工频空压机产品特点

OG 工频压缩机采用的是行业的螺杆主机、高效率、低转速，转子采用第三代齿轮型，领先的优秀型线设计；具有静音、节能稳定、高可靠性及使用寿命长。采用特制低转速螺杆空压机专业电机，稳定性高，比同类产品有3-5%的效率提升。直联结构无任何损失，传动效率百分百，维护成本低，拆解方便，大大节省停机时间。同轴一体结构无任何损失，减小易损零部件。采用低转速风机，寿命长。冷却器及风机可独立拆卸，20%的冷却富余量。可适应50摄氏度环境温度。工频压缩机配备智能控制系统，保障全自动化智能运行，对排气压力，温度等现场数据进行检测，通过进气阀将排气压力控制在所预置的压力上下之前，从而输出一个稳定的压力。

Adopts unique low-speed motor ,high stability, 3-5% more efficient than similar product, Direct connection structure with 100% transmission efficiency without any loss, low maintenance cost ,easy disassembly, greatly reduces downtime. The coaxial integrated structure reduces the use of quick-wear parts, Owns 100% transmission efficiency. Low speed fan is used for long time. the cooler and fan can be dismentled seperately. It can work in ambient temperature of 50 °C. It is equipped with intelligent control system to ensure automatic and intelligent operation and it detects output air pressure and temperature etc. The intake valve controls the output air pressure within a range preset for a stable air pressure.

二、售后服务及保修条款 After-sales service and warranty terms

（一）质保期

1. 正常使用情况下，整机实行免费保修一年；整机实行终生维护。

2. 安装调试

欧冠公司负责免费开机、调试及对操作人员的现场培训，免费提供指导安装。在设备安装完毕后，派经验丰富的工程师到现场进行免费技术服务，并负责解决合同设备在安装调试运行中出现的问题。

（二）培训

免费提供在欧冠公司或需方现场的技术培训，由需方确定培训时间的长短。

（三）维修服务

1. 广东欧冠压缩机有限公司或其授权代理商具有快捷的服务和配件供给。

2. 服务时效：

使用期间，若设备发生故障，欧冠公司（或其授权代理商）经验丰富的专业工程师将自接到用户报修电话（广东省内）起 1-3 小时内到达现场维修，省外 6 小时响应出发对设备出现的问题负责处理解决。在质保期内，所发生的费用均由我公司负担。无论质保期内还是质保期外，维修人员在到达现场后，一般故障1小时内解决，如需更换关键部件，欧冠公司也本着先解决问题，再谈价格的方式，以最快方式将新品送到用户处，待旧品维修好之后再更换。

3. 24 小时服务：对任何欧冠空压机用户，无论是机器本身的质量问题还是使用上造成的问题，若用户有要求，欧冠公司（或其授权代理商）任何时候（一天 24 小时）随时出发为用户排除故障，以保证用户的正常生产。

4. 正厂原装备件：对任何欧冠空压机用户，OG 公司保证向其提供的备件是正厂原装备件。

5. 服务品质保证：所有欧冠公司及其代理商的维修工程师均经严格培训，并有三年以上的空压机维修服务经验。用户的空压机服务由工厂维修工程师、办事处服务技师、服务商共同完成服务，重大维修由工厂进行，通过巡检的方式监督服务，保证服务质量。

（四） 设备巡检

每季度免费不定期对设备巡检，及时询问设备的运转情况，现场解决存在的问题。为使用户得到最为满意的服务，最大限度地满足用户的要求，OG 公司维修人员在对设备进行巡检、维护后，必须向用户提交《巡检单》或《维修单》，由用户填写意见，OG 公司将根据用户意见及时改进服务质量，不断提升服务水准。

（五）服务网点

OG公司在全国大部分地区设有维修服务点，他们拥有经欧冠公司严格培训的持证维护人员，及时就近地为用户提供优质服务。在各维修服务点，OG 公司设有完备的备品备件仓库，在最短的时间内为您提供最快速、便捷的服务和纯正的原厂备品配件。

*正常使用情况是指：用户必须在设备运行头 3000 小时后进行第一次保养，以后严格按照《压缩机使用手册》的要求对设备进行操作、维护；并为设备提供通风良好、空气含尘量少的使用环境。

After-Sales Warranty Service

A. Guarantee Time period

With proper using way, one year guarantee for the machine;

*Definition for using properly: There must be a mainnenance after 3000 hours using and strictly follow the Compressor User Manual for operation and maintanence; The enviroment also has request on good condition in air and with fewer dust.

*For the whole machine, it claims one year for guarantee.(Excluded from the warranty are problems due to accidents, misuse , misapplication, storage damage, negligence, or modification to the Equipment or its components. ALSO THE EASY BROKEN SPARE PARTS ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE GUARANTEE)

*During guarantee period, if problems caused by machine quality reason, OG offers free parts to be delivered to our customer (OG is not responsible for shipping costs).

B. Install and commissioning

Commissioning will be finished at OG factory before delivery. Customers can use the machine when receive it. OG offers free online instructions , support and training for operators.

All the engineers in OG are under strictly training with more than 3 years’ working experience. Online service and technical support will always be available at your request.
