1. 目的 Objective

为了进一步提高售后服务水平， 规范售后服务秩序以及维护客户和公司 利益， 特制定本条例。 In order to further improve the level of after-sales service, standardise  after-sales  service  procedures,  and  protect  the  interests  of  both customers and the company, these regulations have been specially formulated.

2.范围 Scope

本条例适用于本公司总部客服人员以及驻外办事处工作人员， 同时提供 给客户， 作为服务标准。 These regulations apply to the customer service staff at the company headquarters and the personnel stationed at external offices, and are also provided to customers as a service standard.

3.服务承诺 Service Commitment

3. 1 三免服务 Three exemptions service

免费协助安装、 调试、 培训技术及操作人员。 assistance with installation, commissioning, and training of technical and operational personnel.

3.2 二十四小时售后服务 After-sales service 24h

3.3 远程网络服务 Remote network services

您可登录公司网站获取在线服务信息， 或您有任何机器维修和技术方面 的问题， 可发邮件给我们， 我们会为您提供满意的答复。 You can visit the company website to obtain information about online services, or if you have any questions regarding machine maintenance and technical issues, you can email us and we will provide you with a satisfactory response.

3.4 其它 Other

3.4.1 机器组件： 保修期 18 个月(易损件除外）。 Machine components: 18-month warranty (excluding consumable parts)

3.4.2 定期回访 Regular follow-up

我们的服务工程师将对您的机器进行定期的回访， 包括对机器的检修和 维护， 解答您在机器使用过程中出现的问题， 及向公司反馈您对机器的使用 意见及建议等。 Our service engineers will conduct regular follow-ups on your machine,  including  inspection  and  maintenance,  addressing  any  issues  you encounter  during  its  use,  and  providing  the  company  with  your  feedback  and suggestions regarding the machine.

3.4.3 终身维修服务 Lifetime maintenance service

凡购买博创精密电脑注塑机的用户， 我们将向您提供终身的维修服务 。 For  all  users  who  purchase  Bochuan  Precision  Computer  Injection  Moulding Machines, we will provide lifetime maintenance services.

4.保修条例 Warranty regulations

4. 1 整机保修条例 Whole machine warranty regulations

机器组件 18 个月是指机器自交货到客户之日起 18 个月内因机器本身制 造 缺 陷 引 起 的 质 量 问 题，  我 们 将 给 予 免 费 保 修。 The  18-month machine components warranty refers to quality issues caused by manufacturing defects of the machine itself within  18 months from the date  of delivery to the customer, which we will repair free of charge.

4.2 易损件保修条例 Warranty regulations for vulnerable parts

4.2.1 螺杆及熔胶筒： 保修期 06 个月； Screw and melting barrel: 6-month warranty

4.2.2 发热圈、 热电偶、 滤芯、 损耗型电气件， 如交流 （固态） 继电器保 修 期 6 个 月； Heating coils, thermocouples, filters, and consumable electrical components, such as AC (solid-state) relays, have a 6-month warranty

4.3 油泵， 油马达及液压阀： 保修期 12 个月； Oil pump, oil motor and hydraulic valve: 12-month warranty

4.4 拉杆保修期为 2 年； The warranty period for the strut is 2 years

4.5 模板保修期为 5 年； The template has a warranty period of5 years

4.6  伺服马达: 保修期 12 个月； Servo motor: 12-month warranty

模板保修期时间较长， 如下情况不予以免费保修或保修期变更： The template  warranty  period  is  relatively  long.  The  following  situations  are  not covered by free warranty or may result in a change of the warranty period

a、 使用长条型模具时， 为避免模板受过大之弯矩开裂， 要加垫板 。 When using  a long  strip mould, to prevent  the template  from  cracking  due to excessive bending moment, a backing plate should be added

b、 装夹模具时， 对螺丝不可施加过大之扭矩， 以免模板上螺孔滑牙 。 When clamping the mould, do not apply excessive torque to the screws to avoid damaging the threaded holes on the template.

4.7 不予免费保修条例。 Non-free warranty regulations

4.7.1 用普通氮化注射组件加工特殊材料； Process special materials using standard nitride injection components

特殊材料是指添加玻璃纤维的材料、 UPVC、 尼龙或其它腐蚀类材料 等。 因加工特殊材料而换装了专用螺杆料筒的， 其保修期根据具体情况另行 在 合 同 中 规 定。  Special  materials  refer  to  materials with  added  glass  fibre, UPVC, nylon, or other corrosive materials. For special materials that require the use of a dedicated screw barrel, the warranty period will be specified separately in the contract according to the specific situation.

4.7.2 因用户操作不当引起的注射组件的异常损坏； Abnormal damage to the injection components caused by improper user operation

4.7.3  因 油 温 过 高 而 引 起 的 异 常 损 坏；  Abnormal  damage  caused  by excessive oil temperature

4.7.4  正 常 的 油 温 应 保 持 在  30—50 摄  氏 度 之 间；  The  normal  oil temperature should be maintained between 30 and 50 degrees Celsius

4.7.5 发热圈的加热温度在 350 摄氏度以上； The heating temperature of the heating coil is above 350 degrees Celsius

4.7.6 不按说明书的规定使用和保养机器引至机器异常损坏； Using and maintaining the machine contrary to the instructions may lead to abnormal damage to the machine

4.7.7 不按说明书使用规定牌号的液压油引起的液压系统部分零件非正常 磨损及损坏； Abnormal wear and damage to parts of the hydraulic system caused by using hydraulic oil of a grade not specified in the manual

4.7.8 不按说明书使用规定牌号的润滑油和保养维护锁模系统机铰部分引 起 的机 铰磨 损； Wear of the machine hinge caused by not using the specified grade of lubricating oil and maintenance according to the instructions for the lock mould system hinge parts

4.7.9 未经公司售后服务人员同意， 客户擅自拆装电脑或油泵引起的损 坏； Damage caused by the client disassembling or assembling the computer or oil pump without the consent of the company's after-sales service personnel

4.7.10 因机器保管不善引起的机器外观的锈蚀及损坏； Rust and damage to the machine's appearance caused by poor maintenance

4.7.11 不 可 抗 力 引 起 的 机 器 损 坏；  Machine  damage  caused by  force majeure

4.7. 12 超出保修年限； Out of warranty

4.7. 13 外观等非功能性耗损不属免费保修范围； Non-functional wear such as appearance is not covered under the free warranty

4.7. 14 只限在正常使用状态以及正当维护保养情况下之产品； 非正常使 用、 人为损坏、 非正常维护保养情况、  自然灾害或不可抗力等造成的损坏损 耗不属于免费保修范围。 The product is only covered under normal usage and proper maintenance; damage or wear caused by abnormal use, human damage, improper maintenance, natural disasters or force majeure is not eligible for free warranty.

5.终身保修 Lifetime warranty

公司对售出的机器实行终身维修， 超出保修年限的机器， 更换零配 件将收取合理的零件成本费及人工费。 Company offers lifetime maintenance for sold machines. For machines beyond the warranty period, the cost of replacing parts will include reasonable parts charges and labour fees.
