钢结构平台式、模头架配有车轮进退，避免螺杆热膨胀的影响，提高机械稳定性、减少机械噪音。

Platform with steel structure and with wheel for feed and withdraw on the die head shelf, to avoid the screw thermal expansion,to improve the stability and reduce noise.

1.1  螺杆、机筒;   Ф110mm长径比 35 ：1，适用 PE、PP 加工螺杆（自主设计、万达加工）Screw/Cylinder,Ф110mm Screw Ration 35:1,Apply to PE/PP Screw processing(Original design,Wanda processing)

螺杆、机筒采用宝钢38CrMoAlA材料、螺杆易损段表面合金层在2mm.。

Use the Bao Steel 38CrMoAlA material to make the screw and cylinder,the thickness of the alloy layer on surface of the damageable part is 2mm.

机筒加料口配有强制水冷（通循环水冷却，进一步提***率同时延长使用寿命）。

The feeding part of the cylinder is with cooling system(to prolong the service life and increase efficiency via cooling by circulating water)

机筒共8区控温每区都采用不锈钢风罩配370w风机，使温度稳定、耗能低，机械美观等特点。

The cylinder has 8 parts which are equip with 370W blower to keep the temperature stable,low power consumption and fine appearance.

1.2  减速机：280型标准渐开线圆柱螺旋齿轮（常州精久）

Reduction Gears:280 type evolvent cylinder spiral gear(Changzhou Jingjiu)

齿轮采用20CrMnTi 合金钢，钢材料是重型卡车减速器专用材料，经表面渗碳处理后高精度磨齿精密加工而成，带循环油润滑系统，提高使用寿命。

The gears use the 20CrMnTi alloy steel.The alloy steel is the special material for the lorry decelerator, after surface carburizing and high precision gear grinding,and with circulatory lubricating oil system,to improve the service life.

1.3   主电机：75kw-6国标电机（南京环球）

Main Motor:75kw-6 GB Motor(NANJING HUANGQIU)

1.4  换网：Ф150mm液压换网（精诚）

Net:Ф150mm hydraulic net charge(Jingcheng)

结构又自主设计胀套式、开机紧、停机松、不漏料、易换网等特点。

The structure is with self-design gum cover, which will tighten when starting up and loosen when stop, no leakage and easy to charge net.

平三辊结构，成型辊中高可调、蜗轮对压。Three plain-barreled roll structure,forming roll height-adjustable and turbo compaction.

机架采用50#钢板、方钢组合、焊接组成。配有电动升降、电动进退，自主制作轴承座，方便换辊筒，方便操作、提***益等特点。

The base frame consist of  the 50# steel plate,square steel and weld.Automatic lift,feeding and retract,self-design bearing pedestal with features to change roller and operate.

2.1 成型辊配套：Ф350mmx1500mm镜面辊=3条（可换成沙辊）

   Forming Roller：Ф350mmx1500mm mirror roller=3 PCS（or emery roll）         

2.2  成型辊电机：3.7kw城邦齿轮电机=2台

机架采用钢板、方钢组合、焊接组成。牵引用Ф215mmx1500mm镜面辊和胶辊对压（气动开合）

配有3.7kw城邦齿轮电机=1台、分条刀5把。

The base frame consist of the steel plate,square steel and weld.The traction use theФ215mmx1500mm mirror roller and rubber roller(Auto switch).

整机采用触摸屏计算机集中控制.Use the HMI computer concentrated control

集中对整机的加工温度、螺杆转速、熔体压力、熔体温度、 外冷却、牵引系统、线速度、张力、 收卷机等系统进行控制。同时，显示和监控各温度、压力、电流、电压、张力、速度、 长度等参数，并具有自动报警和自诊断等功能。

Control the processing temp,screw speed,melt pressure,melt temp,cooling device,traction system,line speed,tension and rewinder by the HMI system.And the system will show and monitoring the data such as temperature,pressure,electricity,power,tension,speed and length.And with automatic alarm and diagnosis.
