A. Mixer 

Function: It is used to mix the food grade GPPS (General Purpose Polystyrene) Granules, talc powder, HIPS, Absorbent Masterbatch and color agent etc according to the fixed ratio so that we can get the special PS roll.

B. Automatic Feeding System

Function: After the mixed material to be liquid at NO. 1 Extruder, there is a hole at middle to be injected the Butane gas for foam.so we need this butane gas pump.

Function: This Digital Pressure Gauge will show us the pressure we need. Different pressure means different volumes butane gas injected and then we can get different quality PS roll as we need.

Fully-automatic Hydraulic filter changer:

Function: For new machine, there will be dust inside the screw and if you use recycling material to produce PS roll, there will be dust too. So, we need set a filter changer to filter the impurity out. The filter screen can be changed easily by hydraulic station control. And the pressure will be showed on the screen too.  

Electrical Cabinet:

Function: There are to electric cabinet. One is control cabinet; it is controlled by frequency exchanger. The NO. 1 & NO.2 Extruder screw rotating speed and Butane Gas Injecting Speed can be adjusted at the screen. So that we can adjust the work speed and product different quality requirement. One is temperature control cabinet. All heating zones temperature will be showed on the panel and we can set the temperature we need and the real temperature also can be showed on the panel.

The button of air cooling and water cooling is also on the cabinet. By adjusting the temperature, we can get the good quality PS roll as we need.

Function: After NO.1 Extruder Heating and Filter Changer Filtering the impurities, the liquid material enters into the NO.2 Extruder.This part has the cooling pipe to cool the liquid material to be appropriate temperature and then can be ok to produce PS Roll.

Function: At the end of NO.2 Extruder, there will be a pressure gauge to show us the pressure. When the pressure is up to the value as we need, it will be extruded from the extruder die unit.

E. Extruder Die Unit

Function: When the temperature and pressure is appropriate for producing PS Roll, it will be extruded from this unit. There is mold inside it.

F. Cooling System

Function: After extruded the PS Roll, it is very soft as like liquid because the temperature is high and it is not a roll without shaping. So, we need cool it and shape it. This cooling and shaping drum will do this job. Inside the shaping drum, it is water and outside of the drum, it is air ring and air fan together to cool it. The shaping drum is round and it will shape the PS Round roll and cut it to be sheet by the knife at the bottom. The shaping drum diameter also decides the width of the PS sheet.

G. Hauling-off System

Function: Hauling Off System is used to hauling the cooled PS Sheet to the rubber roll to expand it flat. There is also counter to know the length so that we can know how many meters of each roll. When the length is up to the setting length, the alarm will remind. This part also has static eliminator to let erase the static.

H. Winding Device

Function: There are two heating zones. One is at top and one is at bottom. Then there are two temperature control cabinet which can show the top and bottom temperature of each small part. 2.Automatic Feeding device

6.Stacking System
