*The rear chain rail is electrically adjusted for width and operation is more convenient.

*The feeding chain rail is made of forged material, the hardness of the chain rail is about 55 degrees and the built-in cooling water circuit all that ensures the chain rail will not be replaced for life.

*Isolate the control transformer to ensure the voltage and service life of the control appliance

*The electric furnace is protected on three sides to reduce the influence of air convection on temperature.

*Servo motor stretching mechanism is efficient and energy-saving, with Taiwan HIWIN ball screw and special oil bubble lubrication to ensure that the screw can be lubricated perfect every time it works

*The electric automatic film unloading device keeps the proper tightness of the sheet roll material, prevents the sheet roll material from cracking and extends the service life of the chain rail .

The electrical control of the machine is integrated and the installation process is simplified. The installation of electric cabinets is not required just only by connecting the water and electricity.

 1. 4 pillar structure of the host, dia.115mm，guide post material 40Cr steel quenched and tempered, chrome plated outside, rigid, precision correcting performance, endurance, which can extend life of notch mold.主机为4导柱结构，直径115mm,导柱材料40Cr钢调质，外镀硬铬，刚性好，导正性能精确，耐磨损，有助于模具剪口使用寿命。

2. The opening and closing of the mold table adopts five fulcrums and connecting rod mechanism , adopts 15 kw servo motor and SEW /KPM reducer with stable punching, low noise,environmental protection and energy saving.模台开合采用五支点加连杆机构,采用15 kw伺服加SEW/KPM减速机，冲剪稳定，低噪音,卫生节能。

3.The temperature control system adopts a single-point temperature control for heating tiles,  direct control by PLC without  temperature  control meter or temperature  control  module to  achieve precise temperature control. Providing a stable and accurate temperature for the product forming, making product molding  stable and improving productivity.温控系统采用对瓦片单点控温，温度精准，无温控表或者温控模块，采用PLC 直接控制，单点精准控温，为产品成型提供稳定精确的温度，使得产品成型稳定，提高生产效率。

4.Heater tile size: 120*120mm, the length of the upper electric furnace is 3224 mm (7 pieces wide * 24 pieces long) and the small furnace ( 7 pieces wide * 3 pieces long); the length of the lower electric furnace is 3029 mm (7 pieces wide * 24 pieces long).Therefore, the width of the electric furnace reaches 960 mm, which can ensure the stability of the sheet forming temperature of each product of the mold, especially the widened mold, to ensure high forming effect and stable product quality.加热器瓦片尺寸：120*120mm，上电炉长度3224mm（宽7片*长24片）；下电炉长度3029mm（宽7片*长24片），因此电炉宽度达到960 mm,能确保模具特别是加宽模具的每个产品的片材成型温度的稳定性，保证成型效果高，产品质量稳定。

5.With teeth used to send film double chain roller chain, track link containing cooling water, cooling, high efficiency, saving water, inside cover stainless steel plate, guide track link, be used in 40Cr quenching, face high hardness, long life, ensure that the use of time of 20,000 hours.送片链条采用带齿双排滚子链，链轨内藏冷却水路、冷却效率高，具有节省水源，内侧罩不锈板、导链轨条采用40Cr淬火、工作面硬度高、寿命长，保证使用时间20000小时。

6.Low center of gravity design, making cup of low height, smooth operation, consistent with human observation of the operation and the best height standing.

低重心设计，出杯高度低，运行平稳，符合人体站立操作及观察最佳高度。

7 .Mold changing device on the side equipped with an automatic mold changing  device on the side of the equipment, which can automatically load and unload molds on the side. The chain rail will automatically retreat when the mold is changed, making mold changing more convenient and safer. Especially suitable for automated production line, the mold change operation can be achieved without to move the automatic equipment in fornt of the forming machine that can help  realizes rapid mold change, reduces labor wasteand improves production efficiency.侧面换模装置，在设备侧面带自动换模车装置，可在侧面自动装卸模具，链轨在进行侧面换模时会自动后退，使得更换模具更加方便和安全，特别适合于自动化生产线配套生产的情况下，可以做到无需移动成型设备前的自动化设备便可以达到换模操作，实现快速换模，减少人工浪费，提高生产效益。

8. The machine adopts servo stretching, energy saving 5% -10% than pneumatic stretching, stable speed, precise positioning, noise, and safer operation control.机器采用伺服拉伸，比气动拉伸节能5%－10%，速度稳定，定位精确，噪音，操作控制更安全。

9. Sending chip is powered by servo motor, hardened Taiwan brand reducer, high control accuracy, positioning accuracy, starting and stopping the rapid response.送片动力采用伺服电机、硬齿面台湾品牌减速机，控制精度高，定位准确，启停响应迅速。

10. Independent Scrap winder:body back-end configuration, the maximum roll diameter 1000mmm, and changing easily.独立废片收卷装置：后端配置边角料卷绕机构，最大卷径1000mmm，且换卷方便；

11. Using networks to achieve remote control of the machine. Managers can remotely control on-site equipment and after-sales personnel can remotely control the system to achieve zero distance aftersales service and quickly solve customer’s problems.利用移动网络，可实现远程操控。管理者可远程操控现场设备，实现远程现场管理；售后人员可远程操控系统，实现售后零距离，迅速解决客户难题。

12. The machine has integrated electronic control and simple installation process, don’t need to install electrical cabinets ,it can be operated only by connecting water and electricity.机器电控一体化，简约安装工序，免安装电柜，只需接通水电即可运行设备。

13.The equipment has a memory setting function for the main technical parameters, such as the width of the chain rail, the opening and closing of the mold table, the stretching, the cup demoulding ,  you only need to enter the mold number to return to the saved parameters at your next production time. That can reduces the operation requirements of personnel, facilitates production settings and is convenient and efficient.设备对主要技术参数具有记忆设置功能，如链轨宽窄、模台开合升降、拉伸、顶杯等模具生产参数自动保存（此功能要求模具制造的高精度配合，对模具制造厂家提高质量要求），后期生产只需输入模具编号便可回到保存的参数，降低人员操作要求，方便生产设置，便捷高效。

一、 Main Specification 主要技术指标

1.Sending-length deviation ≤ ± 1.5mm; 送片长度偏差≤±1.5mm；

2. Furnace adopt square electric heating tile, the temperature deviation < ±1 ℃;加热电炉采用方形电热瓦，温度偏差＜±1℃；

3.Parallel error of the dynamic simulation platform ≤ 0.3mm (-) / 1000mm;动模台水平度误差≤0.3mm（-）/1000mm；

4.Parallel error of the upper dynamic simulation model sets≤ 0.03mm/1000 mm;动模台与上模台平行度误差≤0.03mm/1000 mm；
