04 Extruder

-Brand: HT -2500mm*620mm*1250mm -Net Weight:560kg -Making 2 layer of cartridge fiber and making different density. -Spec: 45/25:1; -Material of screw rod, barrel inside of extruder is 38CrMoAl material with nitriding treatment. -There are 2 valves beside extruder, you could adjust them and control air for molds. -heat by 12pcs of stainless steel ceramic heating loops,800w/pc, total 9.6kw for heating. -Emergency button(Control complete production line) -Total power is 11.1kw(1.5kw motor+9.6kw heating )
①Coupling connects gear box and motor,instead of belt. Then Motor speed will be fixed all the time even if machine works long time. Finally, flow speed of liquid PP inside extruder will be fixed. ②New designed screw make good plastication . spray more accurate material and steady pp flow. ③There is Two-stage transmission for extruder. Then Our motor is 1.5KW per set. Motor power for 2sets of extruder is 3kw totally. Save power!! | |
05 Mold / Spinneret

-Brand: HT -Inside with metal filter net -Spec.: L=400mm , 440pcs of holes on each mold, -Pore diameter is 0.4mm. -Material: SUS321 , It can bear high temperature and using long time. -Laser technology to make these holes to spray accurate and uniform pp fiber. -There are two heating pips inside of mold. 1kw.
①Complete mold material is SUS321 instead of 45# of plate. ②Mold length is adjustable ,it affects fiber quality and capacity . |
06 Receiver System

-Brand: HT -1850mm*720mm*1150mm, -Net Weight:380kg -Receive the sprayed pp and inform pp filter cartridge on this machine. -Range of Inner diameter: 10~150mm -Variable Frequency system, 2 inverters (Its Brand is ABB) control them. --Separated controller in item 9th controls the receiver, We put the separated controller beside of extruder in case it is hot. If we put it at middle of receiver system, All electric parts will be easy hot, then dangerous. --Total power is 2.2kw.( We supply electric line.)
①Installing emergency button with a cover to the receiver system. * All equipment stops except the compressor. ②Add the cover of the rotating part of the motor. * Make sure that finger do not enter. ③Motor has self-locking function, and aluminum alloy turbine gear box. Even if operators are not skilled, They still could run our machine very well. we can keep filter OD error less than 0.8mm. ④Chlorine made shaft without rust . |
07 Automatic Cutting machine with auto logo embossing device

During this warranty period, we will provide spare parts above without any charge in case of quality discrepancy caused by us, If the malfunctions are caused by your incorrect operations, We will supply spare parts at costing price. If buyer need us going to buyer workshop, buyer should afford the round-trip tickets, hotel, working food and allowance.

Researching Engineer: Mr Ni Hongwei, 26 years experience for extruding machine, customizing different filter machines to satisfy special market, updated cto machine automatic cutting, researching pp melt blown filter machine automatic cutting and weighting, have applied for 3 patents, responsible for Russia and domestic market service.
1st step: Start Screw Air Compressor, default Air Pressure 0.3~0.8Mpa. You just Press ON button Only. This machine could work automatically. There is a pipe between air compressor and air tank. Air will flow into air tank.
2nd step: Air tank will store compressed air. There is a pipe between air tank and air heating machine. Air will flow into air heating machine.There is water in air when weather is Rain, Air tank also could filter water, It could avoid there will be rust inside of machine.
3rd step:There is air valves at middle of air tank and air heating machine. We set 0.2Mpa here. Air heating machine will heat these air as 180~200degree. Our air heating machine has 2 heating system for two molds/nozzle.Large controller control it.
4th step: Automatic feeder will feed pp material automatically. Pp material granule will become liquid PP inside of extruders automatically. The screw rod inside extruder will move the liquid pp forward automatically. Large controller control it too.
5th step: you know, there are two molds/nozzles on extruders. Hot air from air heating machine connect molds/nozzle. So, Hot air will blow liquid PP, then, it will form pp fiber from Molds/Nozzles.
6th step: PP fiber will form pp filter cartridge on receiver device. Small controller control it.
7th step: Automatic cutting machine will cut pp filter cartridge automatically as 10’’,20’’…As you need.
Inside:Packing by film. Outside: Packing by good plywood case.
